Over the years, I found that customers made their best decisions when they were not overwhelmed with product, had the opportunity and time to make informed decisions and were able to do that in a comfortable, confidential setting. And what more comfortable setting is there than in your space – in your home or office? So, I gave up my downtown office, and moved home. With a reduced overhead I can afford to make personal "home or office" calls and that personal service is what makes me unique and affordable.
